Hi. Do the following when it's not working as it should.

1. Open a web page.

2. Press insert-v.

3. Press shift-tab, then arrow to focus.

4. Verify the setting has actually been changed.

It sounds like it was not changed or not saved. Once you verify the change, press enter. Now open the Window-Eyes control panel and save the set. This should work.

Many thanks.

Greetings,
When in a web site i prefer window eyes to say button then the item the button activates. For example button search. Window eyes is saying search then button. I went into the verbosity menu and made the adjustment in the focus listing. After that I clicked ok. Next I clicked file, save and save set file. The adjustment was made. However the next time I bring up internet exploer it reverts to the old setting which I'm assuming is the default. Am I doing something wrong as far as making this a permenant change?
            Thanks Jerry
