Hi Ted, First, forward the mesage and simply highlight the addresses at the top of the message and then delete them. The easiest way to do this is to arrow down to the first line that you want to keep. Then hit control shift home and then delete. That will first highlight and then delete the addresses in the top part of the message your forwarding. You may have to do the same thing at the bottom of the message, as sometimes there is lots of unnecedssary stuff at the bottom of some messages. After the last line of text that you want to forward, hit control shift end and then delete to remove the unwanted part at the end of the message your forwarding.
