Give it a try later today and it should work. You don't need to remove
and reinstall Window-Eyes. If you or anyone else get this error, it
means your we701 upgrade file is corrupt and you need to remove it and
redownload it.

I followed the suggestion of a couple helpful posters and uninstalled
Version 7.0 and reinstalled it from scratch. Unfortunately, I still
cannot get Version 7.01 to install. I still get the same message, which
reads:
This upgrade cannot be used with the currently installed copy of Window
Eyes.
I was using 6.1 and installed 7.0 over it, so this message is rather
mystifying.
