Yes, usually beta go to a beta team, gw have you looked at this beta to
maybe work with them to get the application working a little better with we?
The f5 key works in v3.0, but there are still areas that could use a little
help.

    Well I would imagine if a company is running beta that tech support is 
NOT used but another contact where they would actually compile reports on 
bugs and issues.  That only makes sense.
