files & folder and Window Eyes

Well some how or another I managted to hide my cookies fold at least in windows anyhow..? Okay, I know that I go to files and folders under control pannel but I cannot seem to find where I unhide this folder..? First of all does any one no where I go to make this change and how I navigate the system using Window eyes..? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
