when you say that WE refuses to uninstall, are you getting any error
messages? if so, please post them here.

Subject: Problems with browser and uninstalling WE
I am having problems with Window Eyes and both Fire Fox and IE. When
I enter on a link, or check a box, nothing happens. Everything works
as it should with the mouse. Good for my wife, not for me. GW
support suggested I re-install Window Eyes. Now a second problem,
Window Eyes refuses to uninstall. I am able to uninstall other
programs with no problems. I'm hoping someone else has experienced
this situation, and can provide suggestions. The uninstall on the WE
disk doesn't work either. I'm running XP pro. WE 7.01
