Bret, did you do this via email or the phone. SOmetimes email is a
low bandwidth medium that can have a lot of back and forth before
something gets solved. Perhaps you can give us a call and we'll just
start from the beginning to get your issues resolved.

Yes, I did contact support. Yes, I do want to work with you. No, I
don't want to select another product as my primary screen reader. The
facts according to my computer illiterate experience are as follows:
I understand the windows environment, and next to nothing about
programing. Prior to 7.0, I didn't have to pay a tech guy to make my
computer accessible. I payed a tech guy to uninstall and reinstall
Window Eyes, even though my system was working perfectly normally with
System Access. I am nervous about posting this message because I am
afraid of being black balled by GW micro. For the first time in ten
years, I've realized, one size does not fit all. Honestly, I love
Window Eyes. I am the only Window Eyes user that I am aware of in my
area. Jaws is the norm around here. I've read many messages on this
list similar to mine. They seem to be dismissed with arrogance,
rather then caring concern. Well, I've said my peace. I hope my
future messages on this list, and possible calls to tech support will
be treated with some level of respect.
