Mike hopefully people won't take this approach in general as script authors need feedback and you'd be surprised what they can do if someone is willing to work with them to solve problems. We are trying to create a community with this and it needs people to participate for it to work.

While it would be helpful if the user reporting problems with a script, he
or she is under no obligation in doing so.
More often than not, especially if a script has only minimal value to the
user, the individual will simply disable or remove the offending script.
I personally would bother with reporting only if I deemed the script to be
importance to me and if I had some inkling as to what might be going
wrong.
Telling someone that your sccript doesn't work for me is not likely to be
helpful; but yet, in many instances, that is about all the user knows.
