Hi Sarah,

I'm not sure how these options are displayed in Vista, but in XP, I pick the 
second update option which downloads the updates but allows me to pick which 
updates I want and when to install them.  If you pick the third option, your 
bugged twice, first to download them and then to install the same updates.

I will not download anything that auto-updates without asking me, full stop.

It's not that I don't trust it, it's just that I like to be informed when my
machine is going to change so I can make a backup in case something goes
wrong.
