It's not perfect by any stretch, but it is reasonably accessible. In my
experience, Window-Eyes is the only screen reader for Windows that is
capable of displaying the entirety of WebCT content. Just be sure you
have their recommended Java runtime installed, your popup blocker is
disabled for the site, and that you use IE6 or IE7. The markup in many
WebCT pages is syntactically invalid, so other strict browsers like
Firefox don't play nice.
