check this option internet option via control panel or tools mehu, internet option. hit alt - t or tab to the last settings button, go in there Find the option call Always sswitch to new tab when they are created and check that option. The work around for your problem is to hit ctrl - q if you got multiple tabs open an left or right to switch to the other tab. That's better then ctrl - tab for my opinion. The other method is to hit ctrl - 1 to 9 I believe to switch to those tab quickly. I don't open so many page at a time, so the most I use its up to 5 or so. I don't use them or any of the page, I will hit ctrl - w to close that particular tab I am on. For your info, that's all IE shortcut.

I'm fed up with having th tab and shift-tab to get focus on a web page. If there's any easier way to do this -- that is, to make webpages come into focus automatically when they load, please post to the list!
