Hello. I had to read this message twice because usually people ask just
the opposite. However if you want to not hear the message status graphic
labels, you can either close the Outlook graphic dictionary, save the
set, or you can set graphics to off from the general menu of the Outlook
set file. Section 17.8 of the Window-Eyes manual explains this better.
