It was the weekly ad that I was able to access.

John,

As I reported before it is not necessarily the main website information, it is the Weekly Ads which Shop Local. They are doing the ads for KMART, Sears, etc. I have tried using the mouse and other things, but I am not able to access the info in the weekly ads. Perhaps I'm missing something. From reading it sounds as if it has something to do with Flex and Adobe.

Hope the info helps.

Lori

Don
is the site not accessible to window-eyes users? I remember visiting
the site to investigate your earlier claims of access problems only
to find that it worked reasonably well with window-eyes.
The reason they're offering a jfw script may be because that screen
reader isn't configured by default to handle the web pages. It
doesn't necessarily denote that win-eyes users are any worse off than
jaws users.

I sure hope this isn't a trend. In the past I could go to
<http://www.bestbuy.com>www.bestbuy.com and view their weekly ad using WE.
Now they have it set up to only work with JAWS and instruct you that
you must download a JAWS script to make their weekly ad
accessible. Why they selected only JAWS to work is beyond me but
hope this is not a trend of things to come.
