with wells fargo you do not have to press alt down arrow. it does not go to
the web page automatically like other banks do. you press enter on the combo
box and down arrow to the option you want
the same options are on the bottom of the screen. along with the log off.

Hello Michael. I know others have already answered, but why not just use
the links to the various categories rather than the easy combo box? When I
sign into my account, I just press enter on accounts or bill pay and I'm
there, in the right section. if you like, you can even use the page
navigation insert-tab and arrow to the link you want.
