This is not a function of your screen reader, but rather is something
you need to adjust in Windows Explorer. From within Windows Explorer, go
into the tools menu, then up to folder options. Use control+tab to take
you to the view options. Now tab to the tree view, and press h until you
find "hid file extensions for known file types". Use spacebar to turn
this off. OK out of the dialog, and you should be good to go.--D.K.
