I suspect you've been sending the same message for the last 45 minutes
over and over again.  not that I know exactly what you're doing.  I can
tell you though that while the face book site is quite combersom, It does
work farely well if you use your mouse to read the parts of the page that
refresh, or if you hard refresh the page control R to see the new
information.  I'm using firefox and having vry good success doing the
basics like sending messages and pokes or adding friends.  I am really not
a fan of the whole consept bvut I keep the thing around just in case it
comes in useful one day.
