It is a known issue, because a number of people have reported it. The problem is GW micro is unable to reproduce this in-house. even though they know the issue exists. They are unable to correct it, because they cannot reproduce it. This is why one of us who is having this problem needs to send the machine into them. So they can test it. Unfortunately the machine I'm having this problem on is my primary system, and I am unable to part with it. I will have to try to install Window-Eyes on some other Vista boxes, and see if I am able to reproduce the issue. if I can find an old clunker, And have the problem. I might be able to send it to them. so they can see the issue and therefore resolve it. Unfortunately, that requires time, which is something I do not have a lot of at the moment.
