Window-Eyes does provide us with some nice hot keys that work very nicely in Outlook and Outlook express. It is also possible to access the attachments field in Outlook by pressing the context menu key on the message from the message list. Then press the letter H and if there are more than one attachment, then you can arrow up and down through the list before pressing the enter key. Once the message has been opened, then I suggest using the WE Hot Key alt+7.
