Um sorry this is very unclear. Show up right? Describe what you mean. Just in case you are talking about not being able to see inactive icons tab to the start button. Press alt+enter. Now go to the notification tab control. Uncheck the check box that says hide inactive icons. You can also pick what system icons you see here. when done select ok.
