I made an error in providing the Windows keyboard shortcut to call up the Task Manager. I said it was control+shift+tab. It is control+shift+escape. If someone requires a reason for my blunder, we have two choices. First I was thinking about navigating property sheets. Or as Flip Wilson used to like to say, "the devil made me do it".
