I use wineyes 7.01 with ie 7
it looks all right to me.
have you tried refreshing the page with f5?
you could try shifting focus from internet explorer with alt tab and
then returning to explorer again.

Using WE 5.5. I just started having problems with
<http://www.sfbc.com>www.sfbc.com loading. It says waiting for one
