WE 7.1 will be free for WE 7.0 and 7.01 users running 32-bit
operating systems and will have a small fee for the CD, which is
required, for 64-bit users or 32-bit users who want the updated CD.

We fixed a problem where wlcomm could crash in Windows Live
Messenger wfor 7.1 which will hopefully deal with this crash in
Windows Live Mail as well.
