Hello Heidi. You might try the phonebook view and this usually works
better in Outlook 2007.

I have used outlook contacts for years and recently upgraded to 07. In the
past There was a particular view I used on outlook, it might been a business
card view. If I had the first letter, it would go to the first contact with
that letter and then I could navigate through the letter to find the contact
I wanted and open it, and tabbing through to read the phone number.
Outlook 07 contacts is not reading in the same way. Am looking for any
advice.
