Hi Edward, well you can stop looking in window eyes; at least for now, there isn't anything like you describe jaws having.
however, there is the simple keystroke macro recorder script. if it isn't always working for you, I noticed what I thought was a very fast playback time of the keystrokes. if it would help you, it would be easy for me to tell you what line to change to slow down the playback; or I'd change it for you and send you the changed script, if you'd like to try for an easy quick fix. I suspect now you've brought it up, someone will volunteer some time and write an equivalent capability for window eyes (assuming there are situations where the keystroke recorder just can't be made to work).
