Hi Sandra,

You can use the sound output of any converter which you find accessible,
and feed it into any amplifier (such as a home stereo).  this means that
any converter at all is in effect a digital tv radio.

there was one, being sold in the UK so I don't know about it's
availability here in the states, which was designed for those with low
or no vision.  it had special buttons to activate the SAP audio for
instance, so that you didn't have to work your way through menus.

I think it was the TVonics mdr-250; it was the subject of a recent email
from one of those news clip services reporting items of interest to the
VI community.

it's true it's not also an fm radio, but it is an answer to this
problem.
