Hi,

Picking up on Chip's note below.

There is an add-on that you can download from the Microsoft download
site to allow Office 2007 to <save as> a PDF document. PDF format is
generally very accessible to WE.

I have just done this with a PPT I have and the PDF it created was fully
accessible to me.
