Yes. For Power Point in Office 2003, you can use the Send To option on the 
files menu. What you get is a graphic of the slide and text of the notes. Note 
that if you save the presentation as an outline in RTF in the Save Dialog, you 
get the text of the slide. That means you can, if you want, piece
the text of the slides together with the notes you created through the Send to 
dialog. It's aggravating that Power Point won't do both in a single operation.

By the way, we found a nice third party utility called LecShare 
(www.lecshare.com) that extracts both text and notes to a very clean html file. 
We've just started using it to post accessible Power Points for our Webcasts. 
It will export notes only to Word.
