Hello all:
I know there have been messages on this subject before, but I do not recall
that there were any satisfactory solutions. If so, I apologize.
I previously set Outlook to convert everything to plain text. That works great
most of the time.
More and more frequently, however, outlines of term sheets will come in as
messages with comments in red or with new text in blue, and so on.
Of course, in plain text, all that is lost.
I unchecked the option in Outlook to read all messages in plain text.
That was a disaster. Window-Eyes could read about 1 out of every 5 messages.
For the others, I had to convert to text manually. For those where I needed
color or formatting, I've had to rely on my sighted assistant.
I found that the HTML text could be read with the mouse, but that is decidedly
unsatisfactory.
So, if there is a setting I've missed, love to hear about it. If not, I
nominate this as a prime candidate for a fix in version 7.1.
Thanks!
