Hi again Edward,

this isn't scheduled to be fixed, as I understand it, until the version
released after 7.1 (probably 8, but who knows).

I'd try going into an html message, and doing a select all and copy,
then opening a Word session and pasting the entire message into Word.
It's the most accessible way I know of to get at all the attributes
which may be used such as color, or differing fonts, or bolding, or
whatever.

I don't think I could fix this directly in my upcoming Outlook script,
but perhaps, if your experience with this approach is positive, I could
at least automate this so that a press of a hotkey would move the entire
message into Word and start it reading.

Let me know how it works.

Chip
