Hello, Oh, yes, I forgot. Sorry. The issues are not observed when using other screen readers like JAWS 10.0 or System Access 3.0. Of course, NVDA is often used to recover from these crashes.

I would check it out before blaming WE but it sounds similar to the problems I was having with WE under 7.01.
