Well: we may have been proved wrong.

I have the beta, as I gues you also do.

GW's problem right now is probably not Window-eyes! It is a problem of
public relations.

It had a great deal going with ACB Radio. Doug's interview appearances
were outstanding.

I think 7.1 will be worth the wait. For instance: I love the accurate
reporting of tabs in RTF entry boxes like in Outlook - why has this simple
requirement taken so long but it means so much? The scripting facilities
which we got in 7.0 are hugely important but where I sit in New Zealand
- the powers that be still think that Jaws will do what is required. I say
that anyone can script Window-eyes but somehow I have to put up with the
JAWS crap. How does GW beef up telling the world?

Gw always delivers in the end, but maybe just don't talk about it too soon!

Vaughan.

Subject: A Different Question About Window-eyes 7.1

Hi. Vaughn, I couldn't have said things better myself, smile.

Look what has happened because even the slightest hint of a possible
release
date was mentioned. It doesn't appear that there will be a beta cycle for
7.1.

I have appreciated the Window-eyes error reporting feature but not the
errors, smile. I have also encountered the errors generated with IE eight.

The wait has been too long but it will be worth it. It always is, smile.

I appreciate the error reporting feature, by the way. How else will GW
Micro resolve issues? Round and round it goes. Where it stops nobody
knows, smile.

Mike M.
