Hi if you are talking about the site manager I use it here all the time with
no problem.  Again what problem are you having.  Give us some steps to
reproduce the problem.
perhaps then we might be able to help you resolve your issue with this FTP

The ste manager is the portion that isn't accessible to anyone. I
think yoru overly confident for only one persons point of view. I
