I believe that in each case there is a script that will help you.
To answer your first question, there is a Skype script available from
www.gwmicro.com/sc
To answer the second question, There is a script called "Load scripts" which
will tell you how many scripts are loaded and running. The information is
given to you automatically on startup and you can hear it any time by
pressing control windows l.

Hi Everyone:
Ok, I took the leap, downloaded Version 7.1 and installed it. I do have
two questions:
1. What is the best way to CONFGURE SKYPE 4.1 to work well with
Window-Eyes 7.1? It appears that one CAN NO LONGER access Skype from the
System Tray using its latst version, but I could be wrong and will welcome
pointers on how to do this better. I already have Classic Window selected
and my mic has been properly configured. Just wondering if there is an
additional tweak specifically for Window-Eyes that I need to be aware of!
2. How can I tell when scripts have been loaded? I have installed the
Skype scripts 2.71 if memory serves; but I don't know how to tell whether
or not it loads each time I start Skype. I need the same info for Hot
scripts as well.
