The info bar will only appear when IE has blocked something. One way to try this is to go to http://www.popuptest.com and use one of the popup tests. IE will show the info bar and when you press alt+n, focus will go to this bar.

So I decided to try playing a bit with Zooming the text, but the settings between 75%-150% have given no lucky outcome. Anyone happen to have an idea, what I can try, to get back the 'ordinary' outlay of the ie screen - including the menu bar, and the info-line (when that one pops up)? Would be great if you had a trick, as some pages I visit frequently, does show up this info-line, and I need to get there, to see what they have blocked.
