Hi Peter, I think you've mentioned in earlier messages to the list that you're currently running Window-Eyes 6.1. You can only install the downloadable upgrade if you're running version 7.0 or higher. So you will need to contact GW Micro to order a CD for version 7.1 to enable you to upgrade. I hope this helps.
