Hi Peter:
I read, in another one of your posts, that you are running Window-eyes version 6.1. If this is the case, you need to upgrade to version 7 before the 7.1 upgrade can be installed.

Subject: 7.1 upgrade problems

To list,

I recently put in my cerial number into the upgrade section on the
window-eyes section of the GW-Micro official home page found at
http://www.gwmicro.com. I hit on the upgrade link where the typical
run or save as dialogue box popped up. I went through the progression
of the percentages for my upgrade. Then, the second run as dialogue
box appears without fail, then things went sour. A new dialogue box
pops up telling me in part
" This upgrade cannot be ran on your upgrade"
hite okay to abort
okay button
note: it's not exact but close enough to it. Thanks for any help you can give
