Richard, there is an article on the GW site explaining how to fix this in outlook. the only thing I can suggest is that you use the article to familiarize yourself with the basic technique they're using, and then try to label the graphics in Eudora in a similar fashion. This is much easier with sighted help, but sometimes you can figure things out yourself. sometimes it requires some "test" labels, and then through trial and error, you can see if you've identified the graphics properly.
