I am still attempting to resolve an issue I reported yesterday in which WE
7 (or an updated 7..1) will not open upon a reboot or restart of a pc
running xp home with 1gb of memory.
WE7 was removed on a couple of occasions using both add/remove programs as
well as the emergency removal tool.
The only way to run WE7 is via a system restore point.
I also noticed that even clean fresh scripts downloaded from Script
Central will display error msgs even under 7.1.
So what I am wondering is whether WE7 (and the subsequent update of 7.1)
is in the right place on my c: drive and if old artifacts of WE may be
messing up things.
So where exactly does the factory disk for 7.0 place its installations?
