I think it is a good idea to change this list to a "reply to all" list, if,
for no other reason than to be consistent with other GW Micro lists, such as
the GW Scripting list.
It shouldn't be to dificult to change the address in the "to" field to the
address of the individual you want to send an offlist message to.
Besides, I believe there is a script written by Jamal Masrui that will do
this.
The script is located on the Script Central page on the GW Micro website.

In this case, yes, I believe its quite appropriate to change this list
to Reply to List. Their notetaker list is Reply to List, so why not this
