Hi Brian:
The problem with those "alt-control arrow key" commands is that the alt-control-up and alt-control-down arrow commands rotate the screen by default. There is a method of disabling this feature and it is explained in an article in the GW Micro knowledge base. You can get to it by going to:
www.gwmicro.com/support
and then going to the "KnowledgeBase" link. If you type the words "settings rotor" in the search box, you should find that article.

 Subject: problems with window eyes

Hello I posted a question a few days ago but I never heard back from anyone. I might have just done something wrong. Oh well. Any ways my question is that I am new to window eyes I have been using JAWS for ever but now would like to use window eyes due to support for my sync Braille. I am having problems with the commands actually working. I have tried the jaws key board, default, and also the lap top version, none of these lay outs seem to work when I do the commands. I am using a lap top running windows XP and would like to know if there is something I am doing wrong or if it is just not set up right or what ever the problem could be. Some commands I have tried is the ctrl alt right arrow, left arrow, and other speech adjustments. These are not working for me. If you can offer any help it would be greatly appreciated.
