Even if you can find a copy of these synthesizers, you will have a bear of a time running them on Windows XP SP2 or later, and, presumably, Windows Vista. Although I don't know why the RealSpeak voices were removed in subsequent versions of Window-Eyes, it's safe to say that constant instability and incompatibility with modern versions of Windows are two highly suspect causes. Also note that Nuance does not support the older voices, and hasn't done so for quite a number of years now.
