I'm having the same problem that Jennifer is having. Some of my e-mail messages will say closed thread. I can press the right-arrow key and these messages will say open thread. Then I can open them and read the message. My e-mail client is Outlook express. I use Window-Eyes 7.0. What causes this? Does anyone on the list have a solution to this problem?
