this is a o e feature. you can turn it off from the o e tools\options pull
down but i like it this way. you can go down the list of messages and delete
all the subjects you are not interested in that are in those closed threads
with just one press of the delete key .
if you want to read them right arrow once to open the messages in that
thread.

I'm having the same problem that Jennifer is having. Some of my e-mail
messages will say closed thread. I can press the right-arrow key and these
messages will say open thread. Then I can open them and read the message.
My e-mail client is Outlook express. I use Window-Eyes 7.0. What causes
this? Does anyone on the list have a solution to this problem? Thanks in
advance for any help.
