welcome to the real world of microsoft.
i had the same problem with vista 3 years ago.
there was no free service. they have been charging $35 per hour even if they
do not solve your problem.
they also told me i had a OEM version even though i bought my copy at office
max as a full retail boxed copy and go back to my computer manufacture for
help first.
i'm the manufacturer. i built the computer. grin

Subject: Windows XP And Window-eyes
Hi,
The last time I contacted Microsoft about a problem they told me that free
support fore Windows XP was no longer available.
I wonder if they are going to stop supporting it earlier than they had said?
I had heard that they will continue to support XP until 2014, but after
that phone calol to them, it really makes me wonder?
Anyone heard anything about this?
Pastor Gil
