Hi Vinny:
You go to the Window-eyes Control Panel. Then press the Alt key to bring up the menu bar. Then arrow over to the Mouse menu and down once to the first Item, which should say, "voice on with pointer identification delayed" or something similar. Press Enter and then arrow to "voice on with pointer identification off" and press Enter.
