Hello vinny.
1. To control how the progress messages are spoken, go into the script
manager by pressing alt-f, m, m from the Window-Eyes control panel. Now
arrow to progress indicator and press alt-h. I personally change them to
use ascending tones by 5 percentage intervals rather than by 5 second
intervals.
2. To control the speaking of the useful mouse pointer information,
