Hello Bill, funny indeed. It just goes to show that everyone's machines are different and that different drivers, different software, and different patterns of use are all a part of the mix which we can't magically fix unless we try out different things.

Personally I don't like DEC or Eloquence, but if I need to test something to determine any problems, I'll use them for a time.
