I have XM in my pickup truck. It works just like any other radio. You can
use presets if you wish, or just tune up and down the channels with a up and
down buttom, or by turning a knob. In my case, the radio has XM, FM, and
AM. All in one unit which is also combined with Onstar.

Hi,
I want it to connect to my i-pal, because I like the sound of it and I
want
to be able to move it easily from room to room. As I said, I don't know
anything about XM radio. From what I have heard, you need to have a
speaker
source if you have a portable unit.
