I continue to have loss of speech issues and also sluggishness in Internet
Explorer 8 and in other programs as well when I am arrowing down through
lists or text with Window-Eyes 7.11. I am using Window Xxp Service Pack 3.

I doubt it is the video card. The only thing that might make me
suspect a video card problem is if there is a set of people who never
have loss of speech issues. I have it on my desktop fairly often,
rarely on my laptop, probably because I don't use the laptop much at
all.
