Hi Brenda: Another thing you can try is to go to the "Manage Sets And Scripts" submenu and then go into the "Setfile Manager". There you will find a list of setfiles. Highlight the setfile for your email client, then tab to Reinstall and re-install it. Of course you need to have exited your email client in order for the changes to take effect. Kevin Huber
